All the essentials are provided—you just need to bring your own groceries, seasonings, and paper plates. The apartment was immaculately clean and smelled incredibly fresh upon arrival. 'We encountered one small issue upon arrival and reached out to the host. She was there within 15 minutes and fixed the problem. Unit was directly across from the pool which we enjoyed. The ground had a swiiming area and pier overlooking the water. Location was close to attractions including John Pennekamp state park. '

'The property is very clean, however does show some wear. Nothing worse than a loose door between the bedroom and bathroom. Easy access to the pool and pier. The beach is more for lounging and waiting. Pleanty of little critters to catch at lowtide. Fish and bird watching was nice by the pier and marina. Grilling was easy and private, kitchen was great for our small family. Seafood markets were just 7miles up the road. Although the ocean is visible it is about a 10 minute walk to reach any...

'Condo was as described. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Beach, pool, and tennis courts are great! Only complaints would be the very, very small balcony and low quantities of toilet paper, trash bags '

'The property was fine for us because we were mainly in the Keys to go scuba diving. But the unit wasn’t very well stocked for a typical VRBO- no salt, exactly 4 spoons, 1 broken ice tray. The balcony was so tiny, only one chair fit. We also found an empty donut bag under the bed. It was fine for what we needed, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The property manger was very nice and checked in on us and helped us when we arrived late due to flight delays. '
