'This was our first time renting a cottage through VRBO, and also our first time in Newfoundland. Right from the beginning our host Danielle was very friendly and helpful. We fell in love with the little cottage by the sea from the pictures, and when we got there it didn’t disappoint. The decorations were lovely, the cottage cozy and the beds were comfy. I can see it being a little difficult to get around in if someone has balance or mobility issues as it’s an older building and has uneven...

'This was our 2nd time staying here…it has become our annual family staycation. It has everything we need…pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, large open concept main area/kitchen, cozy bedrooms, kayaks/life jackets, and gorgeous decor! Perfect for the adults and the teens. Great time to be together in this lovely space. Hosts were excellent.'

'The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had comfortable furniture and beds. The bathrooms were a good size. Plenty of television stations. Although it stated there was no kitchen. I really missed not having one. I found the owner very quick to respond to questions.'

'Easy communication. Clean and comfortable Great views from porches. Convenience store minutes away. Great butcher shop in Hearts Content. Easy to do day trips @ Avalon although we were limited by the wild fires. '
