'お部屋、お風呂、ロビーラウンジ等すべて清潔でとても気持ち良かった。 部屋とロビーからの景色が最高に良かった。テラスは真夏の夜でも風が心地よかった。フリードリンクが嬉しかった。 朝食がとても美味しかった。朝食のレストランも半個室で眺めのよいスペースで1人でも過ごしやすかった。スタッフの対応もとても親切だった。部屋の空調の音がとても大きくてそれが気になったことだけがマイナス。それ以外は全て良かった。また泊まりたいです。'

'This was our favorite stay in Japan! The staff were the kindest and most helpful people. The room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. We stayed in the river suite (Jitoku) and the sound of the water was so peaceful. The room has an attached private shower/bath, toilet, and sink. There is an onsen available that is private (it can hold up to two people in the same group, you mark it as occupied when you are in there). 'Rooms very super clean. We stayed in rm. 411 and the outdoor onsen was indescribably amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer shuttle within the onsen area which is super helpful. The onsen experience was amazing. Tho’ a bit pricey, I will definitely stay here again as a treat. The Kaseiki dinner was also amazing. It was a lot of food. Almost like tapas as there are many small portions (11 courses in total). After dinner, another onsen. Out of this world experience!'

'We loved the way the room was decorated and appreciated every piece of art work throughout the place. All the stuff was exceptionally kind and the meal was so beautifully presented. We also appreciated the owner’s efforts to reduce the use of plastic. Standing for 800 years, and this place made me feel deeply nostalgic as I imagined the Fudal lord Nobunaga bathing here. Thank you so much and we would love to visit Tocen - San again.'
