'I absolutely loved this ryokan. The pictures online do not do it justice; the property is even better in person. The staff were very welcoming. The meals were amazing. The property was bigger than I thought it would be. The setting was peaceful. It was exactly what I was looking for. My only recommendation is that the shuttle from the train station should have a sign with the name of the property. '

'自家用車での宿泊でした、専用の駐車場がロープウェイの近くと少し離れていましたが送迎車もあり、また対応して頂いた方も話しやすく良かったです。チェックイン時も予定よりも早く通常は連絡を入れるべきでしたが、連絡を入れていなくとも快くチェックインさせて頂きました。料理は夕食と朝食でしたが両方ともとても美味しく大満足でした、娘が誕生日でケーキの追加注文も快く受けて頂き娘には良い思い出になったと思います。お風呂は半混浴と下調べ無くうかがったので聞いた時はビックリしましたが注意点を守れば気持ちよく入浴できる珍しい温泉です(通常のお風呂の先に温泉がある)、私が入ったのは21時頃と朝の３時頃だったのでほぼ貸し切り状態でしたので妻と楽く話す時間を過ごさせ頂きました。旅館の近くはすぐに土産物店が並ぶ場所なので早めにチェックインして散策するにはもってこいの場所です、ご当地ビールや食べ物がたくさん有るので夕飯まで時間がない方には目の毒かもしれません。'

'It was difficult to communicate with the owner or manager. I booked a 5 nights stay. I had a problem with the washer was approved. The cleaning staff couldn't make it work. We noticed the manager about the problem. They answered me on 4 days later. It was to late by then. We reused our old clothes and packed the rest of the dirty clothes home.'
