Only thing that needs improvement is communication - our flight was delayed by 24hrs and my four different attempts at contacting the hotel received no response. 'This property was boutique and beautiful but had the customer service of the brand hotel (Hyatt). The staff was friendly and attentive. We had a minor maintenance issue but they went above and beyond to fix it and quickly. They bumped us up to a nicer room. We enjoyed our stay and will return next time we are in the area. '
