'Location, location, location!! Location was safe and close to freeways, hospital and restaurants. I loved the swimming pool and the patio area. The room was exceptional with refrigerator and other appliances. Breakfast was tasty. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.'

'At a first glance, the LEDs were nice, but became annoying since there was no way to fully turn them off when we wanted. There were no actual lights by the jacuzzi. The bed creaked loudly at light movements. The thermostat said it was 65° inside when it most definitely was not. The bed pillows were small and uncomfortable. There were roaches in the bathroom shower. The smart TV was nice to have. The jacuzzi worked fine, although the water pressure could've been higher to fill it quicker...

'Best hotel I've stayed in a long time - such character, spacious, clean and the food was excellent. My favorite part was a little kitchen area for guests with tea & coffee, drinks, snacks, home made cookies each afternoon. Highly recommend the Fairview Inn. '

'Trash was all over the parking lot. There weren't enough staff on duty to help control customers or check-in. Water was everywhere from kids running to and from the pool across the hotel, including the elevator floors. The only things that made the experience decent was the bed and the breakfast. A sold out hotel for a weekend was too much for use man working the desk and managing the chaos.'

'The checkin process was easy and front desk clerk was professional and very nice, it was late when we checked in around 10pm. Amiya went over n above to accommodate us. The room was very clean n cozy. It was very quiet too, got a great night's sleep. Housekeepers were all friendly'

'Be bugs, ash in the corners of the room. Carpets were sticky and stains still on my blanket. Elevator takes too long and the water pressure is terrible. Don't stay here unless you like trap house environment. I kept to myself but wouldnt stay here again unless my life depended on it. 2/10 because the staff was nice. There was also 2 days where the keys didnt work for no one so I just left my door open. Nothing was stolen while I was at work for 12 hours but I only had clothes in my suit cases so...

'Room was a bit dusty. Floor was dirty to walk on. One of the beds had a bunch of hair, a booger, and a smear of blood but the bed was made as if someone slept on it without getting in the covers. It would have been hard for the cleaning staff to have caught it. Other than that everything else was super clean, staff was amazing, its quiet, and a great price!'
