'I stayed here with my 8 year old grandson. We were comfortable and felt safe. I was concerned before I got there about feeling safe. The treehouse is up the hill from the office and the owners live there by the office and work hard at keeping the property safe and well groomed. The property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable.'

'Our family really enjoyed our stay at Riverwood Cabin. It is a beautifully appointed cabin with lots of room in a private tree and river setting. They even have a diverse vinyl record collection, which we enjoyed listening to! It is close to North Conway, NH, and accessible to all things Southern Maine. Darlene is a wonderful host! Looking forward to returning. '

'We had such an amazing time! Our grandchildren had the best time sledding. My husband and son shoveled out the 3 feet of snow from the house to the fire pit, then shoveled out the fire pit area and made an igloo that surrounded it! We had the best time making s’mores and roasting hotdogs over the open fire.The highlight for me was an evening fire in the most amazing fireplace I’ve ever seen.Loved it!'

'We had a wonderful experience in this house! The location was in walking distance to Cranmore Mountain and only a few minutes from downtown N Conway. Communication with Abbey was great, very responsive. House was as advertised, clean, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of parking, fenced in backyard for our dog. 'This cozy cabin was perfect! It was super easy to find and the location allows for a central location to base several activities nearby, such as the Flume, the Cog railway, Mt. Washington, the Mt.Washington Hotel, as well as Lake Winnepasauki. And the Pizza across the street was a bonus! "Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better! "
