'There were bugs in my room which I did not appreciate especially spending the amount of money I did for a room over the holiday. Staff was friendly, but it wasn’t not clean and pictures did it justice.'

'The staff are incredibly helpful. The gym is the most updated that I have seen at a hotel- they have a peloton bike, TRX straps, and dumbbells up to 75lbs! The breakfast was extensive and delicious. I recommend fixing the elevator noise in elevator 1. It made the elevator unusable for my dog, and likely annoying, irritating for young children as well.'
