'Clean houses and enjoyed the stay '

'The view from the apartment is nice and it is located in a quiet neighborhood that is well situated for exploring Folly Beach and Charleston. The apartment's kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Had it been warmer, we would have used the kayaks and bikes. Communication was timely and clear. Unfortunately two appliances were broken (HVAC, oven - though the cooktop and microwave worked) and coordinating repairs with various characters (neighbor, owner, etc) wasn't on our...

'The location was perfect for our visit and the house is beautiful with a great view of the marsh. We had a slight problem with the hot water and the owner was very communicative in working to fix the issue. We would love to stay at the property again on future visits to the area. It’s conveniently located between historic Charleston and Folly Beach.'

'Comfortable. Quiet. Loft upstaies has 2 full-sized beds & 2 twin beds. Though the cottage does not have an iven; you won’t need one. They have a toaster oven, hot plate w pots & pans. And a BBQ grill. Though not in the historic part of Charleston; it’s a quick trip over the bridge. And near Folly beach. Super attentive hosts. '

'The home was gorgeous, the beds were so comfortable, and the amenities were a real bonus. I personally loved the deep bathtub in the master bathroom! The kitchen is a dream and our girls loved the reading nook upstairs. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again and again! '

'The house was very nice. Up dated/modern but not over board. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from enjoying the awesome outside area. Only one negative comment is that the house smelt musty and old. Would book again if we return to the area.'
