'They put us in a room with a broken toilet that they had gerry-rigged with a string. You couldn’t flush the commode. When we asked to change rooms they argued with us at first. They finally moved us. The ONLY good thing about this motel was a good shower. Bed was hard, breakfast was burnt, motel was not well-maintained.'

'Room was filthy and had a strong smell of mildew/mold. The abundance of roach sightings made us uncomfortable to even bring our bags inside. Tried to save a few dollars on a hotel room. Learned my lesson…'

'The air was cold. Room was pretty clean, except microwave. Very dirty. Bed dipped down on right side a lot. It needed updated furniture that was broken but not a bug in sight!! For the rate it did the job!! Bathroom very clean.'

'I am not sure what happened with the Bathroom but when we left & came back to the room from a day at Busch Gardens, the bathroom floor was flooded 😳...not sure where the water came from but we got it up best we could..other than that, the room was clean..we stayed 6 nights with 3 kids..room was reasonable for that amount of time..I would stay here again!! Staff was cool..our 1st time visiting Virginia & it was pleasant'
