'Property manager canceled my stay with no notice. I had already driven a great distance to be there. Took several days for them to issue the refund despite the fact that they canceled the reservation same day. Actually they told me I had to cancel the reservation on my end. I assume this was so they would still get the money from the reservation, but I called to cancel it and explain the situation. Long story short don’t book here.'

'We set out looking for a large house close to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown that would house our group of 9 family style. This house fit our needs and was more than comfortable. It’s near all the major tourist stops (I highly recommend every stop in the Historic Triangle). Sadly the pool was not holding water well so it was unable to be used by our youngest kids - it’s not really large enough for the whole family and seemed to have been out of commission for a bit.
