'5 stars all the way. Front desk clerk was friendly and accomodating. Room was large, clean, and had 2 doors; one opened to the parking spots, and the other to the pool. Room had TV with around 300 channels, comfy beds, clean carpets, free safe, and cold air. Hotel property is meticulously landscaped, felt like I was in Hawaii! 'Beautiful location and history, but overall the staff were not very helpful or knowledgeable (except the valets and Pantry team who were great!). The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the amenities and interior could use some work.'
