'It's basic hotel so it is what it is. But it is really very clean and that is for us most important.'

'We had a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from — maybe someone had smoked in the room before us and the smell hadn’t gone away, or maybe it was coming from the neighbors. But as a non-smoker, it was really unpleasant for me, and I’m very sensitive to that smell.'

'There isn't many places to stay in Jackson. This place was a great location as you were so close to the downtown area. It did need some updating and better cleaning. We were disappointed that the pool was out of order. If you are looking for something that is just a place to stay, this isn't too bad. We were in town most of the time. Jackson is a cute town and we enjoyed all the Stranger things locations!'

'The room wasn’t clean like other Hampton Inn’s we’ve stayed at. The room furnishings weren’t as nice, and towels available were the minimum amount. We’ve made it a point to stay at Hampton Inn’s, so this was disappointing.'
