Regarding the language barrier with the staff, our team at the hotel speaks English and we will of course check this issue in this specific case. Regarding the complimentary Nespresso pods and water. It is our aim to provide transparent information about our services, We do have a sign attached to all the coffee machines in our rooms with all the necessary details about the complimentary pods, and the price for extra, furthermore, our guests do enjoy having free water every day which is served to their room.
