The words written on each light button are too small for people who cannot read small prints. I suggest you number each button from 1 to 8 or 9, indicate what each button is for, laminate it and stick it on the wall or bedside table. '

'I am in love with what this hotel has to offer. Their service is 10+. From checking in to checking out, this hotel meets all expectations. I asked for a late check out and they have me a 3pm without extra charge. The view of the skyline is breath taking. They also have a pillow menu to ensure your stay is good. They offer refreshments daily and theyre all amazing. I would def come back and stay here again. They are also very walkable to the train station. '

'We have booked 3 rooms for 3 nights (3 for 2) in this hotel. It was a pity that the ventilation system of one of the rooms didn't work, but apart from that the rooms were luxurious, spacious, nice, comfortable and had everything you need. The back of the hotel was quiet and looks over green mountains. 'Even though the property surroundings smell horrible the hotel is wonderful and lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful for foreigners, they were always trying to help us and translated everything with a smile. '
