'I booked reservations for 19-20th. Our plane arrived at 11:59 Monday morning. I made several attempts to contact the resort through phone calls and texts no response to let them know our late arrival. Once we arrived the area was dark and sketchy to say the least. We attempted to get someone to come the door, no response and no way to contact resort. The pictures looked nothing like an ocean view from the outside that’s listed in the pictures. The entire experience almost ruined my trip. We...

'This place was a DUMP! The room was filthy. Conditions were so poor that I checked in at 2:30pm and checked out before 7pm. The walls had what looked to be mold growing on them, there were stains on the sheets, thick soap scum on the shower glass and bathroom faucet was loose. I would not advise anyone to stay there.'

'We had a lovely stay at pinkprivate balangan. The rooms were immaculate and fully equipped. The pool was lovely especially with the big day beds at either end. The breakfast had limited options but the food was very tasty and fresh. They also had contacts for everything, we got massages, hired a scooter and got laundry done all for reasonable prices. The staff were super inviting, helpful and polite. The location was quiet but only a short walk to cafes, supermarkets and a short grab ride to...

'Everything was excellent, the breakfast and room service were very tasty and great value. The hotel is clean throughout and the staff are very friendly and helpful '

Prachtige kamer, mooi zwembad. Ontzettend lief en behulpzaam personeel.'

'Fantastic place to stay, Very clean, staff very friendly. Farnkie and Jason are very welcoming and accommodating..... Great offer for the price. will surely come back again.'

'Nice place, rooms a bit small but still good. Staff was very kind. Wish they had better plugs for charging devices, had to use our kids room next door as ours didn’t have a working one, not a big deal however.'

'The room had a noticeable damp smell. We had to cut our 2-night stay short and only stayed 1 night due to this.”'
