In dirty area and very hard to get transport from the place , We had paid in advance for the buffet but we didn’t get it on any of the days of our stay and every day they gave us two options for breakfast.

Staff was really kind!! Dian was AHMAZING. it’s isolated up on a cliff so it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s a little outdated and hadn’t been updated cleaned in a while…. I found a dead frog under one of the cushions one day trying to tan and there’s some cobwebs, but for the price it’s super nice, relaxing and no complaints. I was sad to leave! BOOK IT

Meget stort og smukt hotel. Beliggenheden var fin, man kunne gå uden de helt store problemer til stranden. Maden i restauranten var okay. Personalet var hjælpsomme og søde, men man havde ikke anden kontakt med dem end højst nødvendigt. Modsat andre hoteller mm. havde det her ikke den hyggelige og personlige stemning over sig, som blå. skyldtes at der var så stort at der føltes tomt. Regeringen og værelserne var der dog ikke noget at sætter en finger på.

I love their food. All had been cooked perfect. And also the good view. However, the things in the room are too old. Even the telephone cannot use and the door of washroom is broken. Highly recommend to renew the things.

Not happy....beware!
I am a solo traveller. I found the Hotel lovely to look at, clean, good staff. However, when I left there I still had a credit account, which I opened on arrival, and only partly used. When I left I was told the remaining credit would be transferred to my account within three days. That was 6 days ago and still no credit. I unfortunately paid for a week in advance, had to leave after two days, but was told they wouldnt reimburse me the remaining five days, so I lost out there too. Finally I seemed to be the only person there for dinner, so atmosphere was greatly lacking.

Nice stay
Extremely friendly and nice staff. It is hidden from the crowd but hourly shuttle service takes only 10-15mins to Jimbaran beach. Overall, clean and tidy room. Good vibes for family holidays.

Very good hotel with bad WiFi...
It was a beautiful hotel with nice rooms, pool, snooker, karaoke and live music.. everything was perfect except the Wifi...which was really bad in our room...we stayed thr for 12 days and they were not able to fix it even after repeated complaints...no one came and asked us once if our problem was solved...we had to call them every time...

I recommend looking elsewhere. Hotel and rooms smell strongly of mold, towels rarely replaced in rooms after they’ve been removed, clothing lost from laundry.

Great hotel!
The hotel facilities were very good. The service was exceptional. I am gold member of Hotels.com, stayed in countless number of hotels. The service in this hotel is exceptional. The only negative experience is the hotel is in a very safe place, hence the distance to local shops or restaurants is quite far. The hotel runs shuttle service every hour till 9pm for this purpose, which helps.

Durchschnittliches Hotel
Das Hotel ist insgesamt solide, aber nicht überragend. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal, welches super freundlich und sehr engagiert ist. Außerdem wird ein stündlicher Shuttle angeboten, der von 9-21 Uhr zum Zentrum und zum Jimbaran Beach fährt. Nicht gut war die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers beim Eintreffen, da ist deutlich Luft nach oben. Gleiches gilt für das Frühstück, hier schneidet aus unserer Sicht das Hotel deutlich schlechter ab als alle anderen von uns besuchten. Es gibt "Säfte", welche wohl aus Pulver angerührt werden (statt frisch gepresster) und auch die sonstigen Bestandteile des Buffets haben nicht die beste Qualität.

部屋はよかったが…
結論…二度目はない! 理由は、タクシートラブル。バリでは、ブルーバードタクシーが信頼できるタクシー。私は、毎回フロントでブルーバードをリクエストしたが、毎回地元タクシー(青色塗装なので、これをブルーバードと勘違いしてる観光客多い)を手配。ブルーバードは忙しくてこれないと毎回同じ理由を言う。 町で乗ったブルーバードタクシーに確認するといつでも行くと言う。ホテルが手配するタクシーは、2倍以上の料金でピックアップ固定料金と言われ、メーターもつけない。フロントに助けを求めるが、タクシー会社によって料金は違うからと味方をする。 両間の関係が不自然だと思うのは私だけか?!地元タクシーの態度も高圧的で不快。 このホテルは、小高い丘にあり、ホテルから道路に歩いて出るには、アップダウンの激しい、まるで万里の長城みたいな小道を下らなければならず、自ら道路でタクシーを拾うのは困難。 フロントに手配してもらうしかないのがこちらの弱み。 実際に、毎日私は同じ目的地に用事があったが、毎回ブルーバードの2倍以上〜2.5倍を提示され、激しいバトルになった。日本円て、一回に1000円プラスされることになる。10回乗ったら1万プラスだ。私が4.5星のホテルを選ぶ理由には、タクシートラブルを避ける為、安全と信頼を求めてだったので非常に残念。 ホテルから5〜10分ほど離れたタクシー待ちエリアには、呼ばれるのを待つブルーバード4台いた。忙しくてこれない?不思議だ! 部屋は清潔、フロントもタクシー以外のことは親切。タクシー以外と立地には、なんの問題もなかったので本当に残念だ。

Beautiful hotel with great rooms and amazing staff
Spent 4 enjoyable nights at the end of 2 week holiday. Hotel is located in the Jimbaran hills above the beach but the hotel runs hourly shuttles to the beach.

Top Hotel, aber viele Chinesen ohne Manieren
Neues Hotel mit Top Personal. Unfassbar freundlich in jedem Bereich des Hotels. An einigen Stellen sieht man noch, dass es recht neu ist. Es ist nicht 100% alles fertig. Aber es ist deswegen nicht einschränkend. Ich würde wieder ist das Hotel gehen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Es sind viele Chinesen, die Manieren an den Tag legen, die bei uns nicht mal kleine Konder haben. Schmatzen, den Mund beim Essen so weit offen, dass man bis in den Magen schauen kann,"rotzen", Schleim raushusten. Auch das "öffentliche umwälzen" des Essens im Mund kann man bestaunen. Ekelhaft! Allerdings: wenn man früh zum Frühstück geht, ist man vor denen sicher. Sie treten meist in Gruppen auf und ihr Reisebus fährt idR um 9 zur Tour ab. Waren dann immer 7.30 da, vor der ganzen Meute. Noch was: Im Hotel ist rauchen nur im Zimmer verboten. Überall sonst erlaubt. Das ist blöd, aber die meisten Gäste hielten sich trotzdem im Restaurant zurück- außer o.g. Gäste.

This hotel had a lot of pluses and minuses. It has a great pool and rooftop bar and my room on floor 6 had an abundance of natural light which is important to me. Management was very welcoming and accommodating. However, location is isolated and the buffet breakfast was less than remarkable.

ジンバランの丘に建つ中〜大型ホテル。
2016年7月にグランドオープンするとスタッフが言ってました。のでまだ本格開業前だったようです。 夜着の便で1泊だけ利用しました。(ウブドのヴィラが今回の主宿泊先なので) 清潔感があり、設備も整っている、中〜大の規模ホテルです。 敷地は小高い丘を利用していて、外から建物が見えないけど建物内からはジンバラン湾の砂浜が見えるように上手く出来ています。部屋の設備は、必要充分な快適性を持っています。部屋の水量は不足感は無いですが排水がやや不足かなと思いました。 他の設備は本格営業前なのでスパやフィットネスエリアもあるようですが未営業でした。メインプールはバーコーナー(今回は主ダイニングとして営業中)のすぐ脇にあり、半屋内で小さかったです。(未使用) 朝食はダイニングでカフェテリアスタイルでした。 ホール等もありましたので、結婚式や大きな会合も出来そうです。 建物は上から見ると”巳”のようになっていて、中庭とプールの一部が組み込まれています。 ジンバランのジェンガラ近くですが、丘の上なので歩いて行くのは困難です。ジンバランの浜には1時間毎にシャトルが出ています。

A little piece of heaven on paradise island
The Sintesa is a simply fabulous hotel, with very attentive and cheerful staff, amazing breakfasts and restaurant food, stunning pool and very affordable spa facilities. We were so well looked after, we stayed for an entire week - even though our original plans were to tour a little. The only drawback (for some) might be that it's not in the heart of Jimbaran, and the beach is really not within walkable distance. However the hotel lays on an hourly shuttle, or if you get impatient, Jimbaran is only 2 minutes by ridiculously inexpensive taxi. If you're looking for a bit of seclusion but with nearby beach facilities, look no further.

Big new hotel. Rooms are OK but nothing special. The bathroom was not very charming - with low-energy lights that sends out a unpleasent fluorescent light. There was also a terrible bad smell from the drains. Service of the staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. Sadly there wasn't many guests at the hotel at the time of our stay which made the hotel feel "dead". There was no energy or buzzing. Even in the bar at night there was only us and the staff.

A WEEK LONG BREAK
Very classy hotel. It was still rather new so time will tell how th upkeep would be, Surely one of the best properties I have come across and I travel quite a bit. The hotel is a little out of the way and also on a hillock with a rather steep climb. So you need transport to get to any activities outside the property. They do have a shuttle every two hours but I think that could be inadequate and in any case it stops by 8 PM. Same applies to food. Really nothing nearby. It is either eat at the hotel or take a commute.

Brand new, nice hotel
Brand new hotel, some construction works are still going on though. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, nice pool, free billard. Thanks for a pleasant stay!
