'Good location'

'The room was clean and tidy. Carrie and Demi at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast was impressive with chefs that personally make freshly cooked noodles in front of you. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Hangzhou next time!'

'The room was well equipped and of good size. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The negative - the location, 30 minutes by taxi or bus from the center and West Lake.'

'Nice hotel with all the facilities you need. Good that they allow you to use the facilities of the J.W. Marriott, which is attached to it. On my room some of the pillows had an unpleasant smell, they should be renewed or washed. Overall i would certainly recommend this hotel.'
