'We had a bit of a rough start getting the Wi-Fi going, and we had to install the air conditioner because it was hot in the cabin. The area had just had an ice storm, and the damage was pretty bad. There were a lot of downed tree limbs in the backyard. We had to clean up the backyard before we could enjoy the fire pit. The temperature in the shower was hard to control, but the cabin was perfect for what we needed it for. '

'Overall the property is fantastic. The house is clean with many amenities and beautiful views. Our stay was interrupted by a painting crew for a few days. But, they were friendly and worked quickly. This is a perfect location for attending a function at The Manor at fire tower hill, or just relaxation.'

'8 adults went for the weekend for a local wedding across the lake at Sojourn. That facility was booked up. The Bigfoot Lodge was a FANTASTIC alternative, and I would say even better than staying on site. The rooms were clean. The firepit in the backyard was perfect - wood and starter bundles ready to go!
