'Great stay as a stop along our trip. The pool wasn’t in working order which was disappointing. We had one issue with the shower but the manager Cindy was amazing. She came up to the room and fixed it herself. Great service! '

Only two other comments, this was a handicap accessible room and I know from personal experience that the sink is too high. For wheelchair users, like my husband was, it needs to be table height, otherwise your chin is in the sink!
It would also be helpful to have more outlets available to plug in electronic devices. One place I stayed had breaker bars so you had lots of outlets.'

"Don't be fooled by the early '90s decor, this is a lovely hotel where you're greeted with a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie after a long journey, making you feel instantly welcome. The personal touch at DoubleTree is truly charming. While the room feels a bit outdated and the air conditioning/heating makes some odd noises that might keep you up at night, overall, it was a pleasant stay."
