'Best trip ever nice hotel'

'I'm really surprised this is a 4 star hotel honestly. We were told at valet that they validate parking, different story at check-in. We asked for glasses for the room. They never arrived. The TV looked like it was from the early 2000s (how do they not have smart TVs in 2026 at a 4 star hotel?) and you have to pay for basically anything you want to watch. 'Didn't get to use any amenities, we just stayed for a night's sleep, bit noisy outside as your next to a highway and breakfast was on the cheaper lower end frills but for the price you could not beat it. Very cozy bed and updated bathroom with good running water shower stall. Front desk was very accommodating and even able to provide a sewing kit as my button fell off the wedding suit.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel the room could have been cleaner the sheets were hanging outside the blankets as if they weren’t changed! (One bed) breakfast was amazing, staff was courteous because our stay was short we didn’t complain.'

'Just an absolutely terrible experience. Front desk was extremely unprofessional. We reserved a room for two nights. We were coming down to go to a family gathering. On the day we were to arrive, I got sick. I spent the night in the hospital about one hour north of East Brunswick. My wife's called the hotel and specifically told then we were not going to make it in and also let them know that we did not want to give up our reservation and we intended to be there for the second night. 'Net hotel, gratis parkeren en ontbijt. Op ruim een uur rijden van JFK. Bij een afslag van de snelweg. Mooi binnenzwembad. En ook fitnessruimte aanwezig. Er zijn aardig wat eetgelegenheden in de buurt, maar wel shoppingmall sfeer, voor een snelle hap. '

'Upon getting to our room I noticed my room wasn’t that clean, I just went with it from waiting. Then the noise from them renovating kept us up so we just got showered and dressed for the affair we were attending early and we left . The elevator took 11 minutes to get to the 12th floor. Then upon leaving for the end of our trip it was a 20 minute wait for the elevator. We couldn’t walk down we had too many bags. Just a horrible experience'

'The room we booked was NOTHING like the description on the site. One king bed and one pull out sofa that was supposed to be a full, however it was a twin. Couldn’t walk through the room with the pull out open. Room too small for one adult and one child and it was advertised to fit 4 people. Expedia online staff were difficult to deal with, couldn’t get a refund, couldn’t switch rooms and couldn’t change hotels. Absolutely horrendous customer service'
