'This resort was amazing and I have never been treated better. The property was beautiful, the gardens were amazing, the views were great. We loved our room, the dunk pool, the outdoor shower, the cabana. We will definitely be back.'

'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

I appreciate all which was done by Mr. Brown, Paulette, Karla, Kiara just to mention a few of the exceptional staff members I interacted with. The food and drinks were of good quality. With that being said, upper management and investors has failed these employees making it extremely difficult for those employees by having one of the worst hotels on the island. 'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'
