Hotelresorts in Antigua en Barbuda

'Het was netjes en schoon eten is gevarieerd en een ruime keuze elke dag. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. '

'I travel a lot of places and stay at a lot of different resorts some big some small. My most recent choices have been smaller boutique hotels/resorts. The two most important things for me are, the staff and the food. I was blown away by how kind and helpful every staff member was. One of the groundsmen was using a wheel barrel with heavy items inside. I stopped to ask where something was at. He sat down the wheelbarrow and prepared to walk me all the way to the destination I was looking for....

'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'
