"The reason i went for this hotel was the option of Spa & Hamam. Well, there was nothing. In construction as they say. Someone told me for 1 or 2 days and other 1 or 2 months.
No one informed me that there was no SPA at that time. I would NOT choose for this hotel if i knew about this.
Rooms clean, i must give that. Breakfast is good but not great Reception may be more friendly and professional. Personel restaurant friendly.

"Where do we start. First of all when we arrived we asked for a room upgrade (which we had the right too) but it wasn't 'available'. We didn't make a problem out of it. We booked a room for 3 persons but when we arrived we noticed there were only 2 beds. They would place a third 'bed'. We went out for the day and when we came back we saw that they placed a prison bed/military bed. The bed was so bad that I could feel the wooden plank they placed underneath the bed. I went to the lobby to ask for a better room/bed. They told me that it was not possible. After a long discussion with the receptionist they offered us a suite for the night (which was not available when we asked for it at the check in, suddenly it was available.) The suite had the same problem, 2 beds not 3 beds. The other solution was that I had to rent a new room for €250. They should not accept a booking for a room with 3 people if it does not excist."
