'Cabin was right above a salon so I got a haircut and my wife got a manicure. The unit is right on a lake which you can see from the balcony. The unit is well furnished and comfortable. The host was super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!'

'The Relaxing Poway Abode has everything you need! We were able to put a pack n play in the room with our other child, and they slept great. ACs in each room keeps it very comfortable. The kitchen is small but fully functional, which is exactly what we needed to make meals for our family. The shared outdoor space is gorgeous and quiet. Communication with the owner was wonderful; would recommend and stay here again.'

'We came for the superbloom that never happened haha. But enjoyed our 2 days in the desert hiking and riding ATVs. The home was clean, well-decorated - looks recently renovated. Kitchen was user-friendly. Well-stocked with herbs and seasonings for cooking. Plenty of plates, utensils, cups, etc. A few snacks and 2 bottles of water were left along with coffee. Bath had nice towels and had shampoo/soap/conditioner. Backyard had comfy chairs a firepit and a good walking area to take our 2 small dogs....

There are chickens with fresh eggs on the property and fruit trees you can pick from. The owners are very accommodating and an amazing husband and wife. The suite has everything you need and more. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely guest house in the hills of Descanso. It is peaceful and serene here. The guest house is a very large studio and feels spacious and relaxing, with ample room. The host's pets wander the grounds and are both adorable and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.'

'Cozy place to stay for the weekend. Accessing the propertty was a little difficult, i recommend packing very light as the stairs can be difficult to manage with a full size suitcase. The pool was beautiful to swim in and the cat roaming the grounds was super friendly. I could not figure out the honor bar venmo, i wish there was a QR code for the honor bar.'

'We stayed a few times at the property, both in 1Bdrm and 2Bdrm units. SD Country Estates is an older time-share property, which means that units are quite generous in size, very nice but show their age (mostly on the appliance and fixtures side). However, there are extremely clean, well-equipped and maintained, and very welcoming. Amenities are fine, the pool small but pleasant and the place quiet and relaxing. It is not easy to find (not a good idea to come after dark), quite far from the town...
