'Front desk staffer, Blondie (hair, not actual name), was less than friendly from check-in to check-out and every encounter in between. Breakfast staffer, William was super friendly and helpful! Very attentive to adults and especially kids. The food was good. But even if the food had not been good, William made the entire experience pleasant.'
