'Thai is a fabulous location. Truth about how close to beach! Our only issue was there was no table to sit at inside. No table for cards or coffee. Outside wasn’t always appropriate. Major construction going on next door was an eyesore…'

'Clean, modern condo on a great location. Beautifully kept grounds. There’s a putting green right outside the back door and it’s only a few more steps to the pool and beach. Easy and open parking. Air conditioners worked great and we were never hot. Everyone we met at the resort was very friendly. Looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend.'

'Property is a little dated but location and view more than make up for that drawback. You'd be hard pressed to get any closer to the water. Pool was an added bonus. Kitchen was well equiped with everything you would need to cook meals. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here'

'We were in Maui for a hiking trip and the property exactly meet our needs. 2nd floor 3 BR condo is one block from beach, across from pool and convenient to main road thru Kihei. Nice outdoor covered patio. Condo is fully equipped and welcome basket of goodies/coffee and bag of ice in frig were appreciated. Beach towels and equipment provided. Washer/dryers are large. Rooms have individual AC controls. Be aware upstairs loft king bedroom has a steep stairs and no door and do not leave any food or...

'We enjoyed a week of relaxation on Maui in this gorgeous house. There was plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was well equipped for prepare meals. Our only minor complaint was there was no shade for the patio, as the umbrella did not open, that was tough for Nana who needed a break from the sun. We enjoyed the most amazing sunsets!! We also saw turtles and whales right from the beach.'

'We had a wonderful time at Halama House-it is exactly as advertised. Being able to walk a few steps to the beach each night for the sunsets was wonderful and being able to sit on the lanai and eat even with the wind blowing was a plus. The house is large, had comfortable furniture, a well equipped kitchen with plenty of supplies and we never felt crowded. The kids loved their "private pool".They have lots of beach toys but the beach chairs were locked up and we didn't think soon enough to ask...

'This is one of those special properties that makes the trip easy and memorable for all. We loved the pool, especially when the sun was out the kids wanted to be there all the time. Great kitchen, yard is fun to explore for little ones (mango tree, lots of lizards), and foosball in the garage a great added touch. Tamara was a great host and allowed us to check in early afternoon since our flight was early. Overall incredible experience and we hope to return very soon!'

'We had a wonderful time at this Maui villa! The house is huge, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The views from our lanai were amazing, especially at sunset. Communication was great, from check in to check out. We had a small issue with the garage access code and it was fixed quickly for us. Our only suggestion is that the kitchen could be stocked with more basics like foil, olive oil, condiments, etc. There were a ton of dishes, bakeware, and tupperware which was very helpful, but having...

'This condo was amazing, and just the right size for my friend and I. The view is amazing, we watched whales breech each morning from the balcony. The amenities in the condo made it feel like home, and the location was quiet, but still close to shops and dining. The pool is lovely, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The beach was not crowded and it was nice to be able to relax, while being steps from the condo. I would stay at this condo again and hope to return soon! Thank you!'

'We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach. The condo was beautifully designed and will all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, wireless internet, flat screen television and DVD player. The condo is right on the beach and also outfitted with a pool and hot tub. Several supermarkets and convenience stores were close by. The staff was friendly and informative, especially when we needed to extend the length of our stay.'
