Prachtige luxe vakantievilla in Hawai’i Big Island in Kailua Kona

Onze prachtige Big Island Hawai'i Hale Ali'i villa is resort wonen in de setting van een prive-woning. Geniet van het eilandleven op zijn best!

Perfect gelegen in het Ali’i Heights-gebied in Kailua Kona, ligt de villa op slechts 10 minuten afstand van de stad Kona met alle gemakken van winkels, restaurants en levensmiddelenwinkels en boerenmarkten. Het is op loopafstand van het strand Magic Sands en cafés en restaurants aan de kust. De villa ligt op een prachtig hoekperceel met weelderige landschapsarchitectuur, een verzorgde tuin en tropisch gebladerte. Veel privacy in een vriendelijke en veilige exclusieve buurt.

In het huis vindt u uitgestrekte woon- en eetkamer met uitzicht op de oceaan en perfecte zonsondergangen. Drie elegant ingerichte slaapkamers en twee prachtige spa-achtige badkamers maken deze plek de perfecte schuilplaats voor een ontspannen eilandleven. Ruime slaapkamer heeft een inloopkast met een en-suite badkamer met inloopdouche, bad en dubbele wastafel. Toegang tot Lanai met een prachtige buitenmuur douche.

Een volledig gevulde gastronomische keuken is voorzien van granieten werkbladen en een ontbijt eiland bar die uitkomt in de woonkamer. Gemakkelijke toegang tot de buiten Lanai maakt het mogelijk om maaltijden te bereiden en buiten onze binnenkant gemakkelijk te dineren.

Een uitgestrekte prachtige Lanai omgeven door een prachtige verzorgde tuin zorgt ervoor dat je altijd buiten wilt zijn. Van de Lanai met uitzicht op de oceaan en de zonsondergang tot het verwarmde zwembad met zout water en een buitenmuur douche met warm water, ervaart u verwend resort leven.

Dit huis ligt in een exclusieve buurt die rustig en vredig is - perfect voor iedereen die van wandelen of joggen houdt. De buurt is veilig en vriendelijk en biedt een fantastisch uitzicht op de oceaan waar je ook komt. Zonsondergang is een populaire tijd voor mensen om rond te lopen omdat het zo mooi is.

The Best Trip!

We are currently at the airport awaiting our flight home. I cannot say enough positive things about this listing! The house was AMAZING. It was extremely clean and had everything you could ever need on vacation. We loved spending time in the backyard and enjoyed cooking meals at home and watching the sunset from the back patio. The house has plenty of beach gear and towels. Having the washing machine and dryer was wonderful. The outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach. The house is in close proximity to town. Our kids favorite part was how close the house was to Magic Sands, their favorite beach for boogie boarding! Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!

全てにおいて大満足！

鳥の声で朝を迎え毎日サンセットで1日が終わるローケーション最高です。 部屋も広くキッチン用品や生活用品が全て整えられており何不自由なく二週間を過ごすことができました。一週間に一度されるプールの清掃で綺麗なプールを保って毎日楽しめました。ショッピングセンターやビーチも近く行動も楽にすることができました。とにかく全てにおいて大満足です。今回は二週間でしたが次はもう少し長く滞在できたらと思っています。その時はまたお世話になりたいと思います。宜しくお願いします。

The perfect place!

Everything was perfect. The house fit our family of 5 perfectly. The pool was great. The house is very well stocked with everything you might need including a cooler, snorkel gear, pool noodles and beach chairs. It was a lovely house and we had a wonderful time. The neighborhood is great for getting out for morning walks. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I have been to Hawaii several times but our friends have not. This was not only their first time in Hawaii, but their first time vacationing away from a resort. To say we were all impressed is an understatement. Nightly sunsets from the backyard, quiet neighborhood, easy access to everywhere. Now they know why we keep going back!

Stunning property

Where do I begin?? We booked this trip for a 2 week family vacation which included my mother in law, teenage daughter and her friend, myself and husband. The house was beyond perfect. Everything was described accurately and the house was well equipped. From towels to beach necessities to kitchen supplies, everything was available. The yard is simply stunning. If we weren’t out exploring, we were sitting in the backyard or swimming in the pool. The backyard shower is not only convenient but well designed and beautiful. Morning coffee was enjoyed on the lanai and we ended every evening watching the sunset. I was worried not being directly on the water for this visit but was beyond satisfied. The views were unbelievable and the water is less than a mile away. The house is spacious yet you never felt too far away. None of the rooms are connected so everyone has privacy and their own section of the house. The laundry room was a lifesaver and having garage access was great to keep the car cool during the day. This home is so close to the heart of Kona that within minutes you have access to the best restaurants, shopping, snorkeling, activities, grocery stores - you name it. This was my fourth trip to Kona and by far this property was our favorite. We absolutely loved our experience! Mahalo!!!

The only comfortable seating are in the bedrooms. Sheets on the Master bed too small. Shower drain in 2nd bath clogged. Ice in refrigerator clogged daily. Major trip hazard in Master bath between tub and shower!

A great experience

Yve’s property was the perfect place to enjoy with our family. The location was ideal for us. The neighborhood is safe and close to all we needed. The house is well appointed with everything needed for an extended stay. It’s location within the neighborhood is also ideal as you truly feel you are alone, with incredible views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Yve was most responsive to all our questions in a very timely manner. There is no doubt in our mind that we would choose Yve’s house when we come back. A truly positive experience.

Amazing time in Hawaii!!

We had an amazing time in Hawaii and this house was perfect for our family. We were travelling with our kids and grandparents and everyone had a blast. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. The A/C and washer/dryer were a must. The backyard was just as gorgeous with some grassy area to throw a ball around and a beautiful pool to play or relax in. The outdoor eating area was a nice bonus. We ended up eating all of our meals outside. The sunsets were unbelievable with the sun going down in the ocean. Just as advertised. The neighborhood was beautiful and close to Costco and other shops. I would highly recommend this house and we hope to return in the future. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Very nice layout. Good kitchen, living spaces. Primary bedroom bathroom is very large, other bedrooms are decent sized. But the best thing about this property is the backyard and the pool. Totally private with plenty of spaces to sit, lie down, in the sun and the shade. Pool is clean and was serviced every week. Owner was very accommodating. Would definitely come again

Exceptional Tranquility

The house is located in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood. It is generously outfitted with everything you could ever need. The house was clean and well maintained. The backyard was a private tropical nirvana. We marveled at how absolutely quiet it was. Pool is large and always warm. View is beautiful. Every sunset was a photo op. We will stay here again. The owner and her housekeeper were both great.

Magnificent Place!

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful house. It was tastefully decorated, with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious for our family of four. The garden is just marvelous, very private with a refreshing pool and we watched the most amazing sunsets. Also much appreciated the beach gear that's available for guests and perfect to enjoy the island's beautiful beaches. It was easy to communicate with Yve and Kelly and they made us feel home in no time. We certainly hope to come back.

Great family house

Beautifully landscaped yard and in ground pool. Lovely house- good AC-a rarity on the Big Island. Close to Magic Sands and Kahalu'u- one of the great easy spots to snorkel on the Big Island (but car needed). Plenty of snorkel gear and chairs and umbrellas for the beach. 5 min drive to grocery. Lots of restaurants in downtown Kailua. Quiet neighborhood. Pool really nice on a hot afternoon. Very private pool area and yard.

Great vacation in Kailua Kona

We recently spent a month in this lovely property and enjoyed it so much that we reserved another month next winter! The house is well designed and beautifully decorated and maintained and supplied with pretty much anything one might need - kitchen equipment, beach supplies, etc. We loved sitting in the back yard watching the sunsets, enjoying the pool, and just relaxing. The owner was easy to contact, and her local support was very available. We'd not stayed in this part of the Big Island before and were taken back by the amount of traffic. But that said, anything you might need is available locally, and there are a variety of beaches, stores, and good restaurants to visit. We are looking forward to our return.

Lovely home!

This spacious super clean home is amazing! 10 mins from Kona town. We had everything we needed and more for our family reunion. We hardly ate out as kitchen is so well equipped. The ambiance/setting/views of the outdoor space is just.....perfect! Incredible sunsets every day. Safe quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed morning and evening walks. Yve is wonderful! Very responsive and addressed all our needs and concerns.

Location, location, location

This beautiful home is situated in a quiet and scenic community close to major highways and attractions. The backyard landscaping is stunning and brilliantly designed - concealing the neighbours and providing complete privacy. The home is loaded with amenities and well decorated. Would definitely consider renting again.
