'Het zwembad viel erg tegen, het ligt tussen de hoge gebouwen en hierdoor is er weinig zon en erg veel wind.
Het personeel hielp ons niet met de koffers toen we aankwamen. Op zich vinden wij dit niet erg, maar in elk ander hotel in Maleisië werd je wel geholpen.
Daarentegen was het personeel verder heel erg vriendelijk, zowel bij de receptie als in het restaurant.

In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

Wifi quite slow and bad connection. We use mobile hotspot to connect to the sharp android tv to get the channel. However the staff did send staff to fix it and only can connect to the tv. Other smarrphone and laptop cant connect at all. You must use own mobilespot to do your work task.
Master bedroom lock and toilet lock not working properly. Once lock, it quite difficult to unlock it back.
Toilet not clean and quite slippery even the floor was dry. We need clean it...
