He also mentioned, he told the reception that he will leaving early, and the receptionist overslept and took few minutes to woke them up. Terrible. '

'Staff are exceptional - friendly, kind, helpful. There's nothing fancy about the place, but nothing fancy is needed, given the surroundings. I especially enjoyed my balcony with the fan. Breakfast is decent and it's only a 20 min walk to the orangutan rehab centre and 5 mins to the rainforest discovery centre.'

'Johnathan and all of the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Sorting and booking trips for us, helping us with local tips etc.
The b and b is in the middle of the jungle, so please bear that in mind when you book, but is good value for the money.'

'For the area of Sandakan that this hotel is in this is a pretty good option if you really have to stay here! I would not recommend the area at all.
The staff here were very attentive and friendly. The room was adequate but the pillows were horrendous! Just lumpy lumps of hard sponge!
The shower and sink use a pump system which was not smooth at all and you either had a ‘power’ shower or a trickle.
