'Amazing with ease of access to the beach and restaurants '

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'Customer service from the parking attendant, house keeping, and front lobby desk. Very helpful and accommodating. Feel very homey. The site is accessible to all to the beach and back area of Waikiki. Transportation, Uber and taxi service very convenient. Just keep updating the main hotel lobby aura. I stayed in 14th floor and love taking shower due the water pressure was really strong. Amenities are fair for the price I paid. I will definitely book this place again and will do...
