Hotelkamers zien er gedateerd uit en iedere dag veel lawaai gedurende de hele nacht (ook op de hoger gelegen verdiepingen). Het personeel is weinig flexibel (doen geen late check-out, opslag van bagage voor paar uurtjes; overal wordt een toeslag voor gevraagd).'

'This was our first time in Waikiki and we were very happy with the hotel! It's a bit old and outdated, but we got everything we needed: comfortable bed, clean sheets, WiFi, mini fridge, microwave and valet parking. What I loved the most was the staff! JR was delightful and the reception was amazing! Also the location is perfect! Close to the freeway and a 10 min walk to Waikiki beach. Will definitely come back next time! :) '
