'Beautiful location! Well kept! Love the town and going to the local restaurants.'

'Heating didn't work properly - could not get temperature above 60 degrees (highly uncomfortable in KC during Winter). Asked for a solution twice, but the issue was never resolved.'

'Several items in the room did not work. We were unable to take a bath as the shower/faucet release did not work. The shade could not be pulled down. The lights at the desk were not working and upon us moving the equipment we were able to get them working. No coffee maker, no microwave. Think they need to consider evaluating all rooms for working condition'
