The exercise room, 2 bikes were broken, there was NO sanitizer bottles or wipes to wipe down the equipment, hand sanitizer was empty. The kitchen staff was very nice, but the microwave had not been cleaned in a while, reminds you of a college microwave.'

'I picked those hotel due to the proximity to the airport and the advertised 24/7 shuttle. Early morning shuttle drop went great. When I returned on a Sunday around 10:45 am the hotel was unable to send someone then for a pickup. First I was told allow 30 minutes. That passed and then I called and was given the run around that shuttle go was out at another location. If that is an airport shuttle, it should be staffed and available for flight returns. 40 minutes passed as I sat with my kids...

'Parking is easy. Air conditioning is weak, took 2 hours to cool down the room while outdoor temp is about 83F. Toilet is clean. Microwave and refrigerator were dirty and sticky. Shower has mold and loose paints. I do expect a old and outdated facility but wish it can be cleaner. I paid in full thru Expedia while reserving the room. But the boy insist me to pay $0.61 because Expedia under pay them. This is really new to me. I didn't want to argue for just $0.61 and paid it.'

'We checked in an the smell in the both of our rooms was overwhelming. We switched rooms 3 times and all were the same. Curtains broken, chips on floor, poop on one of the toilets, nose ring left on bathroom counter, hair all over one over the beds, the person in the room next to us invited us in to show us how filthy it was under his mattress. We asked for a refund and was told there was nothing they could do for us and had to deal with Expedia our booking agent. So we left. All this within the...
