'Rooms are exactly as in the photos and the view is great, a bit removed from the direct business of Kata. The family running this place is just the sweetest and will go out of their way to help you have a great stay. Even after we checked out and moved to a different place in Phuket, they still helped us with transport etc. I would absolutely come back again! '

'Felt more like home away from home. Although rooms tend to be small, they are comfortable and convenient. All rooms based around large pool ( perfect for a plunge any time of day or night). Very convenient part of Kata. Five minutes to the beach and so many restaurants and cafes in the area. The most outstanding part is the service. Shine is constantly on top of everything. Cleaning the rooms getting you extra towels or anything else you need. He is the gem of this hotel. Highly recommend...

'We stayed at this place and were treated like family. Denis and his beautiful wife will help you any which way they can to ensure you have a wonderful trip and all your needs are met. We stayed in one of the villas, place was clean, quiet and by the end of our trip it felt like home. The location is pretty central and close to everything, walking could be a bit of a challenge due to a busy road and hills so we rented a scooter and got to see so many things during our stay. Would highly recommend...

'My room was clean and well maintained upon arrival. The staff cleaned it regularly, and housekeeping took care of it every day. Each time I returned late at night, the room was spotless.
Kata Beach is within walking distance, with many shops, massage places, and restaurants nearby. A 7-Eleven is located right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. There are also a couple of excellent scooter rental shops close by, and free parking is available just outside the hotel.

'Grand hôtel situé sur deux sites.
Dans l'ensemble il est confortable mais certaines choses ne nous ont pas plues :
- nous etions au lobby 2 et avions un peu l'impression d'être moins bien considérés
-l'hôtel travaille avec un système de coupons de réductions uniquement réservés aux australiens
- la porte des toilettes dans la chambre est en verre semi transparent et semi translucide. Mais le pire est qu'elle ne couvre pas toute la hauteur donc aucune intimité '

'Was very small hotel room, but it worked for a couple nights. Wouldn’t stay here long term. AC works well. Shower has no curtain or door, so water goes everywhere - not a big deal for a couple nights. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful! Restaurants and cheap professional massage thai massage at your footsteps. Quick 2 minute walk to 7-11/ATM and beach!'
