'Beach Retreat has an amazing location, one of the best positions at Coolum. Walking distance of eateries, across the road to beach. Lovely pool and spa. The room itself is tired, chairs and mat worn and grotty, cleaning to be improved in general. On checkout, i was not asked for any feedback, no comment. I did enjoy my visit.'

'Attended Ananda Eco House over 2 nights whilst Montville recorded over 180mm rainfall, yet still found the stay a very comfortable rainforest retreat! 2 books read curled up in the living room (plenty of games available too), bliss. Despite the property not being fully fenced, our well trained dog was safe -labrador sized so large enough to monitor through the foliage, and the property is inset away from the road. The rooms were country luxury and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants...
