'Very nice staff (they don’t all speak English though, but with Google translate and some basic Japanese, it was not an issue), very clean rooms and hotel, comfortable beds, lots of toiletries available, and plenty of free drinks and snacks. Very nice location too. We were also able to do laundry!'

'Prima hotel. Wij hadden een twinkamer geboekt en deze was voor Japanse begrippen ruim genoeg. Personeel is vriendelijk en ontbijt is ook goed. De ligging van het hotel is perfect voor een bezoek aan het Memorial park. Ook genoeg winkels en restaurants in de buurt. Bussen en trams stoppen vlakbij het hotel. '

'The Royal Park Riverside Hiroshima was one of the strictest concerning Covid prevention, which is a good thing of course. This also meant wearing face mask and a plastic glove when taking something from the breakfast buffet. Approx 10 min. on foot from Hiroshima JR station and 10min. from a bus stop and the Hop on-Hop off bus stop. Rooms are a nice size, comfortable and clean, bathroom with all the amenities. Staff very helpful. Recommended and I would stay here again myself. '

'We stayed in the room with the open air bath and it was a beautiful room. The open air bath was worth it with a view of the famous gate. The staff was amazing and so respectful. The location was close to the shrine and shops and not far from the rope pull to go to top of mountain. Highly recommend this hotel! '
