The communication and follow up was the best I’ve experienced, we wanted to experience a bunch of local spots and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect. '5 Days in Maui.... I'll start with our living space. The condo was clean and definitely enough space for a family of 5... 4 adults and 1 child. Although the condo was a little dated and rough around the edges, it was clean and welcoming. Could it use a little TLC? Sure, but nothing too bad. Now for the crown jewel. The pool area and beach access were excellent, The grounds themselves are beautiful and well maintained as well as the beach area... with 2 pools, it was great to be able to go...

Cons: Undisclosed fees I was asked to pay upon checkin even when I messaged hotel/mgmt/owner? on Expedia platform weeks before to doublecheck and was told no additional $! It should clearly state "pay at property $xx amount" like my other expedia bookings. Expedia resolved it after escalation.'
