We tried calling contact and it took 30 minutes to finally get the real address. Our check-in was suppose to be at 4pm. 'Overall our stay was great. There were a few floor boards in one unit that were cracked and uneven or lifting away from the rest of the floor and cause a couple of us to trip multiple times. Also while both townhomes were tidy there were definitely places the cleaning people didn’t look. There was a napkin and tags from a shirt in a drawer in the living room and a lot of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them because they weren’t properly cleaned before we arrived. 'This was an ok place to stay, we were not there much. I booked this to have some where more private than a hotel room to sleep for my daughter and I going to Cedar Point. The steps going to the upper unit were very steep and shakey. I would have preferred the lower unit, but did not pay attention there was more than one uint on this property. '
