'Some of the staff was helpful. Some of the staff is not. We came early to try to check in and were told to come back in two hours. We came back and were told it’d be another hour. The staff appeared to not want to help, asking for extra towels was a task. The entire building smells mildew/musty. The facility is very worn and needs updates.'

'The room was so clean, it was impressive!! The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was simple and delicious, and the pool was great! Would definitely recommend as it’s close to the beach and plenty of great shopping and delicious restaurants.'

'Loved the location. Room smelled muggy when we checked in and the odor remained even after letting the sun in and cooling the room temperature. Requested cleaning and refreshing the room and they did and so the smell went away so I think it wasn’t cleaned right before we arrived. Breakfast always run out of food and the hot food platters were so hard to access, it’s in a warmer that you have to hold the door up while you’re trying to get food. 'Spark is een erg leuk concept van mijn favoriete hotel keten Hilton. Hilton heeft allerlei andere motels overgenomen en opgefrist. Vooral kamers zijn goed onderhanden genomen en lobby en gangen hebben we het hoognodige gedaan. Hiermee hebben ze een betaalbaar concept gecreeerd eb het geld op de juiste plekken gespendeerd. Personeel vriendelijk. Locatie fantastisch, parkeren gratis en top. Ontbijt simpel, maar gewoon goed. '

'This hotel is TERRIBLE. And in a terrible location. We arrived and asked to cancel immediately. Unsafe parking lot. Construction zone everywhere. Listing claimed it was a 5 minute walk to the beach, but it took us 15 minutes to drive to the beach and still couldn’t park close by. When I asked the lobbyist about walking to the beach she had to hand me a map to find it, and told me I would have to walk alongside the main highway with 6 lanes to the first red light(not close by), then turn right a...

'We stayed two nights with our family and enjoyed our entire stay. The hot breakfast is delicious and there is a great variety. The arcade is walking distance less than a 5 min walk. The beach is too far to walk with younger kids. The only downside was the AC was very noisy.'
