'Not walkable but the view and the hot tub make it my fave little hotel. Nice little refresh going on at the moment, but the construction wasn’t disruptive. Sadly the nightly rate has gone up too much for me to justify my annual stay here. Lovely hotel if you’re travelling through regardless. Would recommend, but will not likely return due to cost.'

'Our room in OYO Hotel in St. Helen's, OR, was very basic. It was clean and the beds were adequate. The floor had paint spills all over it and the walls had some holes and peeling paint. There was a large refrigerator. The staff member at check-in was VERY nice and funny. Unfortunately, he had to ask everyone for a CASH damage deposit since their system for holding deposits was not working with credit cards. 'First room I was offered smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke, second one was okay but smoke detectors were all removed, lots of stains on the walls, missing outlet covers and faulty outlets. Not the cleanest beyond a cursory glance. Don’t look under the beds or at the ceiling. Hot water was short lived, property was definitely in need of some repair.
