'No one was available at the desk from 9pm on. Our shower rod fell down and no one was around to assist. We waited I til morning and no one was at the desk at 9am. We left, no shower. No closet, hangers, iron, hair dryer. Towels were of poor quality.'

'We hadden erg uitgezien naar ons verblijf in Bay Point van Mills falls at the lake; de foto's waren immers veelbelovend! We kregen echter niet de kamer met het raam én het zicht op het meer én het terrasje zoals op de foto, maar een kamer op de bovenste verdieping met weliswaar zicht op het meer maar beperkt en niet te zien vanaf het bed. Verder was de kamer prachtig ingericht in nautische stijl, alles nieuw in prachtig witte en blauwe tinten. Mooi meubilair, praktische badkamer. Lekker...

'De kamer is ruim de badkamer is wat klein, maar de douche is met glazen schuifdeur .🙂 Het ontbijt viel ons wat tegen, gezien onze eerdere ervaringen bij Best Western hotels deze reis. '

'Friendly staff good deal for the price'

'The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room.'

'Property was great, our room was perfect. They have a great common area right outside the main building with a fire pit, sitting area, pool and games. Beach is a 5 minute walk'
