'A clean and spacious flat with good facilities. Nice bathroom. Comfy main bed. Tight parking space but in car park with barrier.
It was a heatwave, which couldn't be helped, and we stayed on a night with a late England football game, so it wasn't the most comfortable night's stay. The circumstances were exceptional but The flat was very close to two pubs, one that is regularly open until 2am apparently, so it was very noisy at night.'

'I stayed here whilst working away. The place is very clean and modern; everything looks brand new. The other review states the bed was too hard; I found it to be extremely soft. I’m wondering whether one side is harder than the other as it’s basically two single beds made into a king. The owner was friendly and helped show me round.
I will definitely stay again next time I’m working in the area. The only thing I would say is with all the modern appliances in the room, a full-sized...

'It's not a bad place.
But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs.
Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee.
That's why it wasn't value for money.
The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.'
