Amazing 3BR Tropical villa 14min to t'beach VD3

Located at the end of our villa complex this villa is really cozy, We have minute walk good cafes and mini markets nearby villa, It also quite short to the beach, just around 14 minutes by scooter bike, The beautiful things in the Villa beside its' decoration is the view, it's view of rice field in front of villa, this cozy property is excellent place for anyone who need quite place, especially for family.
The space
This beautiful villa has 3 bedrooms equipped with private swimming pool for the guest, parking available for 2 cars at parking area and scooterbike as well, air conditioner available at each rooms, water heater available in every rooms, wireless internet available with speed up to 20 mbps, , everybath room has bathtub except third room , on living room, we provide couch and table for dinner, The kitchen has complete Kitchenette so for those who want to cook its really helpful, it has refrigerator, microwave, stove + Gas cylinder (free gas supply) and mineral water provided on dispencer (hot and cold water)., it’s around 9 min to nearby western based groceries to buy meat and vegetables to cook yet near to local market, just 5 min which is cheaper to buy things
Towel, soap and shampoo provided but we are sorry that we do not provide dental kit.
This place is good for family and couple as well.
*The swimming pool is privately for you thus no one going to use it
Guest access
The entire villa is privately for the guest thus they can access all the parts of the accomodation, such rooms, swimming pool, garden, parking area, etc. its dedicated privately for the guest
Other things to note
-We know that sometime you are tired after exploring Bali, thus for Guest who tired could have a massage therapist come to villa. There will be an additional charge for that
- To those who want to explore beautiful Bali with scooter bike, we can help you to rent it with additional price, IDR 70k (for 125cc)
- Transport from Airport to Villa
1. You can use Taxy on Airport, the price vary depends on kind of transport, Taxy would cost 150 to 200k, normal price is 150k, anyway you can bargain to 150 if they charge more.
2. Our airport pick up transport cost a bit higher, it's 200k
You can choose the one that fit you.

- To female guest who want pedicure-manicure or creambath there is also spa therapist come to villa (additional charge will be applied)
- Pool maintenance : two times a week, flexible time. Pool circulation running automatically
-Guest can get food from nearby minute walk café, and guest also can cook at the accommodation and or order food to villa as well
-Laundry are available nearby villa, its just around IDR 8K for 1 kg which is really cheap
-We can help parents who need baby cot for their baby, (additional charge will be applied, better to book several days (better 3 days) before arrival)
- For those who want to take a tour, its just 500k/10 hours (for south bali tour) for the tour (inc driver +fuel) and just 600k/10 hours (for north bali tour), anyway any additional will be charged
