'Place was dirty didn’t look like it was cleaned'

'First of all, the staff were amazing. They had the kindest, sweetest ladies working at the front desk. They were super helpful and went out of their ways. When we first went into our room it was smelled strongly of dogs and there was dog hair all over the carpets. There was also something running down the front of the mini fridge. I talked to the lady at the front and she changed our room right away. The second room was much better. If this hotel got a deep clean, I would have no issues....
