'Staff was very friendly. Location was ok. But the worst part and reason for poor review is the room had bed bugs. We checked in late at night and we didn't discover the bugs until after midnight. Reception was already closed and I sent a message but nobody responded. We had to sleep in the floor away from the beds and walls. We had to wait till 9am when Reception opened to talk to someone. The gentleman that help me was very helpful and was able to move us to a new room. Management never...

Alles is net.

'Systeem werkt uitstekend'

'I found the whole self service process to be very effective, the room was clean, the bed was SUPER comfortable, enjoyed my stay here. Had a small personal preference problem with one of the rooms and the staff were very quick to respond, changed to another room the next night without too much trouble. Was very pleased with the customer service. I will use another Numa...

'Prima accommodatie. Is even zoeken waar de ingang is.
