Nice area bit needs a good cleaning
Didnt realize all the stairs. The place needs a good deep clean. Lots of dust bunnies on doors and trim. When we arrived we found a cup if coffee still in the microwave with lip stick on it. Im sure cleaning forgot about it Good location to pool.

The cleaning ladies typically do a very good job cleaning the unit, I will look into the dust on doors and trim.

Great community

Nice facility with everything you need! Fernando was Johnny on the spot when we had questions. Only concern, be aware that you will need to use stairs to access the main living area. Will go there again!

We stayed with a group of 8 friends and all had plenty of room. It’s 3 stories (4 with the balcony) The pool is the best part. We grilled by the pool a few nights during our stay. I would definitely book this place again!

Beautiful pool, spacious layout, could use some minor improvements
We had a wonderful week in Key Largo. The weather was beautiful, and the grounds at this condo were very pretty. The pool is spectacular. The unit was large and our family had plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. I'm VERY glad I read othe reviews because had I not I wouldn't have known to bring additional bath towels for my family. We are a family of 5, and we found the bath towels to be inadequate as well as wash clothes (we had 2). We like to cook on vacation and the kitchen was not equipped for a family. There were not any mixing bowls at all, there was one plastic bowl for chips, but it was cracked on the bottom. In addition the storage in the main kitchen refrigerator on the doors was lacking as all of the doors were broken. With just a few inexpensive tweeks (more linens and a quick stop at Target to refresh the kitchen supplies) this place will be perfect. We greatly enjoyed our visit, and trust that the owner will take our recommendations in mind for future renters.

Danyelle, Glad that your overall experience was a positive one. A bit disappointed with comments posted on the online review and 3 star rating as I typically get 5 Stars for this unit. The unit is typically stocked with 10 bath towels 4 hand towels and 4 wash cloths as well as 6 beach towels. But if you required additional towels or additional bowels for the kitchen, I would have been more than happy to bring you any of those items that you may have needed to make your stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, you never made that request while you were here even though the welcome letter in the unit states that we have done our best to make your stay a pleasant one, but if you feel there is something lacking please be sure to let me know and I will be glad to resolve it for you. I checked the refrigerator and could not find any broken/malfunctioning doors and that is not something that anyone else has commented about. So not exactly sure what you meant by that.

Moms' Getaway/40th BDay Celebration
6 adult moms stayed at the property. We had enough space to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We loved the pools, especially the quiet adult "upper" pool. Claudia at the gatehouse was super helpful and fun. Place was well-maintained. We could have used some additional paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, etc), but we were headed out and didn't feel the need to contact our house. The lower level bathroom could use a new shower head. All in all, we were happy to get away and thrilled with our Homeaway!

Clean, comfortable and amazing pool! We worked out in fitness center, played tennis and enjoyed the rooftop area. A lot of space and perfect to enjoy with your family. Safe during COVID, as masks are required indoors and chairs are spaced at the pool.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Some areas off the beach can have a rocky bottom especially if the tide and current washes away some of the sand, good idea to wear water shoes when that happens.

Glad you felt the unit was nice, first time anyone has commented on the beds. Sorry they were not to your liking. I will check the water flow in the showers to make sure there are no issues with that.

Family Wedding Weekend
This townhouse was in a good location for us. We had a wedding to attend across the highway . The place was clean & had most of what we needed. It was roomy with 6 adults & a 2 y.o. . Plenty of bathrooms. Mariners Club has great amenities for your use. The pools are beautiful & we only used 1 of them. We all enjoyed it. My kids said the exercise facilities were also nice & clean. The resort is very well kept up & gated. It has a nice marina. Fernando was always very accessible by txt. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Key Largo Stay
We loved the community, the house, and the location! Before we decided to stay here, we did a bit of research and decided that a place with a great pool was essential. This one exceeded expectations. We did not miss sandy beaches and instead, really enjoyed afternoons chilling at the pool after spending the day on the water. The townhouse itself was very nice and clean. It was perfect for three couples - or two couples plus one in our case. We will certainly visit again.

Mariners Club Townhome vacation met our expectations
This vacation was a mother and daughter trip. We had plenty of room and the roof top was a bonus. The complex is very clean, quite and well run. Plenty of activities close by. My girls want to book another trip next year. The owner was quick to respond to my questions.

Very nice unit with great layout
The unit was great! Only issue was with Mariner Club itself and it was more of a logistical issue. If you are trailering a boat, the harbor is great but they have no boat ramp or trailer storage. Nearest ramp is about 4 miles away and there are off site places to store trailer. So not a terrible problem, just an inconvience again only if you are bringing a boat on a trailer.

Excellent experience
I was apprehensive at first as this was my first experience with renting a vacation home. However, the communications and instructions were all clear and the home was accomodating for 5 adults to provide each with privacy. The floorplan was excellent for us, providing a master suite on the first floor allowed for less stair climbing for me. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom on the 3rd floor each have a private bath. The 2nd floor living room was very comfortable, the dining table seats 6 easily, and a 1/2 bath was convenient. Very nice and well appointed furniture and kitchen needs. The complex is very pretty and quiet. The lagoon pool was wonderful. Not really any beach, as most understand the meaning but, the pool is directly facing the ocean and a great place to relax after a day on the boat. I would absolutely recommend to others and would stay again.

Great location, plenty of room :)
We loved staying at Mariner’s Club. The location was ideal. Close to everything, yet far away from the hussle and bustle. We were a family of 5, with 3 women. Having the 3 1/2 baths was great. We went 3 months after hurricane Irma, and although you could still see debris along US-1 we had no complications during our trip. The townhouse has lots of room. We loved the upper sun deck. Will definitely tell all my friends about it.
