'Literally right on the beach. Walked out my door and in 15 seconds was sitting in a beach chair at the edge of the sea wall with a white sand beach before me watching pelicans dive bomb into the Gulf. Room was clean but not fancy. Parking was only issue, very narrow and limited spaces. However for the price and the location (hello, the beach) you can’t beat it! I will be coming back here next time I come to the beach on the Gulf.'

'The building itself was fine. The room was small but adequate. The movable bed made the room livable and it was clean and well appointed. It is the location that led to my lower review rating. The patio was barely usable as it is next to a major highway and the traffic noise was overwhelming. Also it is not a good location for walkers as there are no stores or restaurants. There is one coffee store across the street but it was closed for the weekend we were there. Everything else was a 20+...
