'We had an absolutely fantastic week staying in Cottage C-102 at Naples Bay Resort. This was our third visit to Naples Bay Resort and this cottage was by far the nicest one we have stayed in. The furnishings and equipment weee all first rate and there was everything we needed. Great washer and dryer, excellent kitchen with coffee makers and dishwasher and modern smart TVs in each bedroom as well as the lounge. 'The property is in a good location and the boat dock is a plus. However, there were roaches in some of the rooms, one of the bathrooms has plumbing problems, the shower does not drain properly, and the fixed AC temperature does not allow the bedrooms to cool enough, at least for this time of the year in Florida. We had to buy fans to be able to sleep at night. '

'The house was beautiful and George was a fantastic host. Lots of privacy with easy access to all the amenities. Our dog loved the fully-fenced backyard. Everything about the property was nicer than it needed to be, from the kitchen appliances and utensils to the beds and plenty of extra linens. Can’t wait to stay here again!'

'Have stayed at Naples Bay Resort many times all over the property and this was the nicest place we’ve stayed so far. This was our third time in The Cottages and the best yet. Cottage was exceptionally clean and kitchen was stocked better than any rental I’ve been in all my travels. Marc was great with communication and I would definitely rent from him again.'
