'Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the Hilton name. Upon arrival, we had to change our family room twice — the first room had a toilet that hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the third room was fine, and the front desk handled the switch efficiently.
The pool was not well maintained and appeared dirty. Breakfast on our first morning was very chaotic — the staff couldn’t keep up, resulting in a lack of utensils, bowls, and many dirty tables....

"Minder goed waren de upgrades. Dat waren eigenlijk geen upgrades, maar een manier om meer te verdienen. De meubels in de kamer waren niet goed op orde (kastdeur stuk) en douche had beter gekund. Zwembad en personeel uitermate goed!!"
