'Good area easy access to beach'

'The seating at the pool is a huge problem. They do not have enough seats and will remove your items if you do not go back to your seat once every hour. One employee actually admitted to throwing our items away, instead of holding them as they’re supposed too. This is hard considering there are many different pools and the expansive size of the pool and beach area. You have to wait in a long line for pool towels. My room did not get cleaned the first day so I reached out and it was then clean...

'When we booked the Vrbo we did so with the information of items that were supplied and one was toilet paper, nothing mentioned of a starter packet which we found out later when we were running low while in Maui. Also, when prepping for a the renter make sure everything works properly, the toilet seat was loose a BIG miss.
